Wednesday Night Dinner Ride

The dead line for the newsletter is 10 days before the Wednesday Night dinner ride. It would be greatly

LeRoy wants to go to "Country Folks" for the Wednsday night dinner. It's at 3653 La Sierra Ave.

Each month, at our monthly meetings, Chaparral Riders Club holds a 50/50 game. We collected $143.00,
the club recieved $71.00 and the winners recieved $36.00 each. Winners are Teri and Rick Alvarez and
Sue B. Thank you both for donating your winning to Loma Linda. The game is hosted by Eddie H. We
usually have a lot of participants and it gives everyone a chance to win. Come join in and you can be a
winner!! Eddie will be selling 50/50 tickets in the parking lot, $1.00 = 1 ticket, before the meeting starts.

to the appropriate box for the month. We have added a new box, which is if you are riding on the ride.

Loma Linda Funds
Our total for Loma Linda is $618.00. For the new club members, when you purchase a Loma Linda ticket
(Green in Color) you must put your name on it and give it back to John Tolle. This way you are entered in
the $100.00 drawing at in the end of the year. Loma Linda tickets will be for sell in the parking lot before
the meeting starts.Winners for July are Linda A and Penny. One dollar per-ticket This is just a reminder,
all that we collect goes to the children at the Hospital. There will be a drawing for a Chaparral Gift card
worth $100.00 at the Clubs end of year Christmas Dinner, which comes from the club funds.

Its a done deal ! ! We received the OK from Chaparral for their Chaparral's 20th Annual Monster Block
Sale. The date is Saturday October 7th, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. They authorized bake goods only, no
other food items or drinks. I need a volunteer to be the coordinator for this project. Suggest
coordinator's duties will be to set up volunteers to bring in the bake goods, setting up booth , schedule for
working the booth, getting the signs made etc. Remember all proceeds of the bake goods will go to the
Loma Linda Children's Hospital.

50/50 Game
Shirts and Hats
Shirts have been ordered, scheduled to arrive July 28th. If you had placed a order you can pick them up
at the Wednesday Night Dinner ride or at August' s meeting. We did order some extra shirts, the sizes will
be posted on the Web site after August's meeting. Thank to everyone for their patiences.
