We are still meeting at 8:00AM in the parking lot on April 2, which is also when we Spring forward on
your clock. So don’t forget to change your clocks so you won’t be late. In the past other
members have receive the Stinky for being an hour late. Now back to the compromise with Chaparral.
Ed and Earlene have talk to Raj; he has agreed to let us in at 8:30am as long as the guard shows up on
time. You will need your Chaparral discount card to show the guard. If you are a new member or a guest
then you will need to sign in on our roster.  It will be decided by the member if we want to start the
meeting at 8:30 instead of 8:00. Maybe we can show up at 8:00 am and start doing the 50/50 and Loma
Linda before 8:30 am.

Chaparral Shirts, Hats, and More
In the past every president has talked about getting something to show off our club when we go on the
road or at outside events. This was one reason why the members voted to increase the club dues, so we
get some type of promotional items. We have the shirts, patches and hats, but not everyone chooses to
wear them. There was talk about getting pins for everyone that joins Chaparral Riders; you would
automatically get a pin with a membership. We have some members now that have been with the club for
5 years and a couple with 10 years.  Flags have been mention as well, about the size of the car flags that
you see all the time. We have prices for the pins and flags. Now these price are only one example of what
it would cost to purchase pins or flags. We welcome anyone else that would like to put together a total
cost package. If this is voted in by the club Members.

We have 83 members with Chaparral Riders.  We should have a lot of talent within the club, maybe
someone who does this as a profession or know of someone that can get information about pins or flag.
Could you put together a total cost sheet and e-mail the information to Rick, Danny, Linda.

Here are the prices that Linda has received for the Pins.

Here are the prices that Pete has received for the Flags.
